Refund policy

Items purchased may be returned within 7 days of the instore purchase date or 7 days of the delivery date, to our Brisbane City store under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility:

• Items must be in original, unworn, and resalable condition.
• Original packaging, certificates, and all accompanying documentation must be returned.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

 

Exclusions:

• Earrings, custom, personalised, or engraved items are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Sale or clearance items may be subject to different return conditions (please check at the time of purchase).

 

Return Process:

• Items must be returned to our Brisbane City store- Bowman House, Level 1, 276 Edward St, Brisbane City QLD 4000
• Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.

 

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
