Forevermark Diamonds launch largest Ideal Square Cut Diamond in the world!

Ahead of the glittering Brisbane launch and unveiling of  Forevermark Diamonds on Wednesday 12th February, 2014 – Media and Stylists were invited to view the extraordinary De Beers 12.66 ct Ideal Square Cut Diamond and Forevermark Diamonds Collection with Charles Bentley from Diamonds International.

Stunning superstar Queenslander and Diamonds Netball Captain Laura Geitz  welcomed Forevermark Diamonds (one of the most prestigious diamond brands in the world) in a red carpet Daniel Lightfoot gown and spectacular diamond jewellery from the Forevermark collection, which was in Australia for a short time only before being flown to Los Angeles in time for the Oscars 2014.

Forevermark, the luxury diamond brand from the internationally acclaimed De Beers Group of Companies, has announced Diamonds International as one of a small selection of retail representatives in Australia and exclusive retail partner in Queensland.   This is the first time the De Beers retail brand has had a presence in both the Queensland and Australian retail market.

Starring at the glittering diamond launch event was the magnificent 12.66 carat Forevermark diamond which originated from a 35.80 carat rough stone, the largest ever to be mined, cut and polished in Canada.  Part of Forevermark’s Exceptional Collection, this stunning diamond was mined four years ago at the De Beers’ Victor Diamond Mine, home of some of the world’s rarest diamonds. It is the first time the diamond had ever been displayed publicly anywhere in the world.
